Either you have the incorrect tag or you didn’t save it properly, save it again under lets say

orange,bag,hishatter

I’m kind of sad that Tiffits exporter is broken. But with the links it doesn’t look to hard to recreate.

just do it. no one’s sure why but being logged in on the browser prevents the draw tool from saving.
