I can't trade

Is there a bug or something. I cannot trade with anybody. Whenever I try the other player’s items appear soulbound. Anybody else having this crap happen to them?

For some reason there are a bunch of bugs happening with pets, trading, chat and nexus shops right now. ase and ae seem to be an exception to this though since pets and trading work normally there.
