I got banned for no apparent reason lol

Hi i just logged in on my account which has been relatively inactive in the past 6 months, the last time i actually logged on was 11 days ago and played for like 30mins, I randomly felt like playing today but much to my surprise i was banned, i emailed deca and tried logging on to a secondary account which i last logged into 7 months ago surprisingly it was banned as well, i have contacted support but is anyone else experiencing a similar issue?

your acc might be banned, as you don’t play in every 20 quintillion years.

If you have more than those 2 accounts i probaly know reason :thinking:

long story short my main account is my npe account and the account i logged on to was my first one which i originally forgot the email to and i personally dont know anyone with less than 2 accounts be it mules or not lol

DECA has said they aren’t against people having multiple accounts. However, if a mule of yours gets banned, they aren’t going to give you account recovery support (only on the main).

Mostly because just about everyone has more than one account.
