I Need help getting started [Dungeon Art]

Hello there.
I have thought for a while to give it a shot and create a dungeon. I did some research and cant really figure out were i can make the “Drawing” If anyone knows i would be happy to know

Yep, that One. You can also try Piskel if you wanna have some more options

Pickle and paint.net are your best bets, I love paint .net (or pdn as I call it). It allows for plugins that make outlines and shadows, would really recommend.
Edit: make sure to NEVER EVER EVER 16x16 sprites for items.
