Perhaps you could be a little more descriptive in what you’ve done to combat the issue?

Without further explanation, the only idea I have would be to make sure that you’re signed in to the main Realmeye site, not just the Realmeye forums themselves.

My guild had the same problem. Signing in doesn’t have anything to do with it. I think you need to send realmeye an email or something; my guild co-leader @MeloMazzi or @Melo finally sent them an email or somehow reached out to the people who manage realmeye and it was fixed. Apparently it happens when your guild name gets “unverified” or something.
