Is something wrong with flash player?

Windows 10
I play on Flash Player Projector
Chrome 53
Flash version is 30.0.0.134

when I start up flash, it says “D’oh this isn’t good An error has occured: unable to load language [en]” and there is a black screen. Does anyone know how to fix this?

on projector
