Ok Pharest, you actually made me anal about this >.<

According to my DigitalColor Meter…

The lighter pixels have an RGB hex-value of #9b53e0, which belongs to the blue magenta colour group.

The darker pixels have an RGB hex-value of #5b00b5, which also belongs to the blue magenta colour group.

So we have a dilemna; both belong to the colour group ‘blue magenta’ but it’s clearly purple. WTF?

The projectile is called Purple Bolt.
The description is "A great sword of recognition, forged by the gods for the champions of humankind."
Purple is a colour often associated with royalty.
Also the colours in RGB are part blue and red.
Blue* + Red = Purple
Acclaim is purple.

Of course the best way to determine the colour of a object is to separate its materials into its constituents and use a Mass Spectrometer to determine what it is made of. Then you find out the absorption spectrum for all the the materials it is made of, invert it, then average them out according by the surface area they occupy. That should give you the true colour of the object under a white light.

I don’t care what color it is, I want the Acclaim’s hilt to match the Skysplitter’s hilt. Anyone else?
