I've been D/Ced for over an hour

I d/ced and now it gave me the internal error, try again in 10 minutes message. I opened up RotMG again 12 minutes later and the game took a while to load into the homescreen so I let it load for a while. After a minute or two it gave me the error message.

But then it switched to the message it gives you when it d/c’s you and it started switching between these messages really fast. Now, 2 hours later, it is still doing that. Do I have to wait for the servers to restart or what?

Try restarting your computer.
