We are talking about magic here so i dont think that theory would exactly apply to this

so an average male in the united states has around 16kg of fat in his body. How much of this would translate to the lets say a 1kg ball

i think 0.1 kg transforming into 1kg seems fair and can still be used to some extent but in moderation

Which is energy can be created or destroyed in any isolated space

Energy can only be transfered to create something else

But you see this is where the magic comes in

If I spawn a big bottle of vodka from the fat in my body it’s breaking many laws of reality

So you can’t really apply any law of anything to something like that

What I had proposed was an imaginary system of conversion of fat to mass in terms of spawning something which really only makes as much sense as someone wants it to

Because you can not create anything at will thus a lot of actual science will not apply to it
