Hmm so I took a closer look at my timer. It skips from 0.25 to 1 but still remains accurate (just a very weird style of timing)

As you can see it’s a 3 minute timer and the video is exactly 3:00. If it were just 1 millisecond off the video would be 2-3 seconds longer or shorter but as you can see it is perfectly 3:00.

You weren’t wrong though, the timer is very strange and i’m lucky that the run ended under 1.25 or it’d have jumped up to 2 seconds. I’ll be using a different timer form now.

Also it’s not impossible to get to boss that quickly, The record is now 1.13

I think it’s 0.5.
Putting on an Orb with a specified cooldown shows that tiered Orbs have a hidden .5 second cooldown:
