Personally I think the Jade and Garnet statues are a lot less dangerous because they warn you. Only when you’re teleporting/not paying attention are they a major threat.

To prevent off-topic clutter, I’m gonna reply like this.
The only things you can know about ice sphere jumps is that they jump only once before they explode, and they jump at a random moment a few seconds after they were spawned.
AFAIK ice spheres give no warning whatsoever, they don’t flash red for a second or anything like that. Their inconsistency in when they jump is what makes them so dangerous.
All you can do is just slowly walk backwards.

Well, they give warning, but it isn’t a lot. I also believe ice sphere gives a little warning, although I do few shatters.

Or if you have a red demon quest and decide to teleport to godlands.
That’s a lot more warning than a sudden rush.
The only warning the statues give are a sudden increase of deaths in the chat
