Since my last thread for sprites got locked, i decided to make a new one!

Comment what you like, dont like, ways to improve!
I don’t know, it’s good to make sprites that are different in shape, but these are a bit too different. The bow (first on the third row) is a good example of this, the size between the string and the handle is too much. Also, as @DreadDrake said, the colors are a bit too much. I guess that’s not too bad, but it could use work.
You sprites either have
A.WAY too unique of a shape.
Or
B.WAY too much contrast between colors.
I sorted them out.
Top 3: A
Analysis: I’m sorry, but it doesn’t look like a sword, bow, katana or dagger. Looks like a red hot fish hook used by some weird cult. It somewhat resembles a dagger, but… uh…
It’s just too complex, too many holes and oddly place pixels
2nd 3: first one: A
Again, it’s truly an odd shape, doesn’t seem to fit into any item in ROTMG, somewhat resembles a bow. Or maybe it’s a batatang with a string on it.
2nd 2: what are they? They seem like bows, but also resemble some type of strap-on claws. Also I feel like there is too much variation of colors in this, especially with its crescent pattern.
The two cloak - like…object
The black/pink thing somewhat looks like a cloak, but the collar and sleeves make is misconceptions into some sort of helm.
The other 4 sprites are just too complicated. They have to resemble the swords in game somehow, and none of them do.
The cyan bow:
Bows in ROTMG are either:
A. A cross bow like structure
Or
B.a slender curve with its string close by.
This thing looks like a square
The swords are much too jagged for realm, all of realm’s swords represent a smooth edge.
I guess they don’t look too bad, my favorite personally being the pinkish dagger, but imo, these all just fall into that “pserver cliche” type items.
But that’s what makes them unique compared to other bows and items. Have see the scutum shield that doesn’t look like any of the other shields.
yeah, not surprised, i actually had a vision with that one, unlike all the others, you might see if i actually complete the idea
for the rest of your things, you mainly state that its different than normal weapons… well duh! whats the point in having the same design, it limits you to only colouring or adding slime onto it or something.
But yeah, my swords are very weird shapes, the one with holes has exactly the same handle and lower weapon as majority of the swords, also my 2nd row, 3rd row one is weird, hence is why i made the one beside it. [quote=“DreadDrake, post:6, topic:9405”]

its a robe, the cloak is the blue grey one, not my fav though
my personal favs are the black bow, but i can see that the string is a bit short, but that can be something, there are bows in history with short strings.
Also the middle purple bow and the blue bow
I know i said this on discord, but i though i would show you as well. It looks very similar to my one. I don’t really care.
The rest look really nice, people are commenting on the shape but I think they are really cool. A little overshaded for my liking but that seems to be where the in game sprites are heading.
oh yes i see it, although mine is more shaded, not surprised, after making that, i felt like ive seen a similar shape before.

My fav it the cloak because the blue is really nice, and has good shading. Also I really like the shape of most things, some of the swords are really weird.
I really like the colors, they look impressive, also that robe and sword at the end, amazing.
Arr, too much quality sprites, I can’t… ARRRRRRRhhhh…
Well, nice job, I don’t know what to say.
Oh yeah. The robe is increadibly good, the green bow is quite good and the blue cloak is great.
i dont really like the handle on this one(the blade going to the ground one)This skull kinda looks like an enemy 
if it doesnt look like a dagger, thats the point
