Today, I have done an Abyss. This was your run-of-the-old-mill I am going to die, aren’t I? moments. I entered it with a new-found mate. We did an UDL lair and we talked a bit prior to this. He was wide eyed that I could do an Abyss on a 0/8 Mystic. To be fair, I’ve only successfully completed 3 Abysses and died many times. Oh the old noobish days. He said he lost a 5/8 Knight in an Abyss. Press F to pay respects.
I told him what to do, he said he knows. We do room, room, then I dropped to 100 health, popped a HP pot and went to 140 HP. Close call. Then… when he went ahead to try and fight the demons while I was regenerating, he… died. I honor his death with the usual RIP.
Then, when I fought that purple-shapeshifting-ass-son-an-oryx I exclaimed a battle cry. Boss went down rather easily, not too much of a hassle… and then he dropped a white bag containing a demon blade. Sadly how lightshot is being a bitch and decides to quit existence after the first screenshot.
I think I have APTSD (Abyss post traumatic stress disorder).
