It’s pretty much a requirement at this point ever since it became a running joke with the Nest and Lost Halls trailers. Even if a new dungeon were released that was easier than a Pirate Cave, you better believe BTEL’s 8/8 grave will still be involved somehow.

Yes, it’s the Parasite Den. The suffix of “den” stopped making much sense as the development progressed, so it was changed to “chambers” instead.

Sort of. It was a dungeon concept, but pretty much nothing was ever made of it other than a handful of enemy sprites. It’s still a 100% original dungeon, if that’s the concern.
