New Twilight Robe - is it good?

So I just got the Robe of Twilight from an ST chest, and I was just wondering if it is good at all after the rework, and if so what class it is best on.

Brief reminder for those like me who’re out of touch and have lost their ability of stat-omnipotence: the New And Improved Twilight Robe grants 60 HP, 50 MP, 10 DEF, and 3 SPD.

I’d say it’s alright, would probably be pretty decent if paired with another item for that extra 3 DEF and less-than-stellar HP bonus.
