No event quests?

As seen in the picture below, it says i have no event quests today. I haven’t claimed the valintine quest yet how do i get the quests back? I’ve tried resstarting the game but it hasn’t worked. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Edit: i found a fix, i restarted my computer and it shows the quests now.
