every time i try to open the game I get this and then the game closes what is it and how do i fix it

  1. Does logging out and back in do anything?
  2. Does logging in to a different account work? Or is it just this account having the issue? If it’s just this account you’ll have to contact Deca.
  3. Have you reinstalled the game to see if that helps?
  4. Maybe try installing the game and playing on a different computer to see? If you still get this exact error message on a different computer then it’s likely an account issue. See step 5
  5. If none of the above help you’ll have to contact Deca support and show them this screenshot
