every time i try to open the game I get this and then the game closes what is it and how do i fix it
- Does logging out and back in do anything?
- Does logging in to a different account work? Or is it just this account having the issue? If it’s just this account you’ll have to contact Deca.
- Have you reinstalled the game to see if that helps?
- Maybe try installing the game and playing on a different computer to see? If you still get this exact error message on a different computer then it’s likely an account issue. See step 5
- If none of the above help you’ll have to contact Deca support and show them this screenshot
