This staff has literally no redeeming qualities. Less dps than t12 and annoying af shot pattern. And it doesn’t even have good fp, so picking it up is wasting your inventory space.

Best staff for early/mid gameplay for a upe (ut player experience) If your playing a upe staff class and really unlucky getting that ut crystal staff theres another viable option.
