despite the naming scheme, commenting steal is actually the more altruistic option, since either it prevents the commenter above from stealing, or the comment below becomes forced to cancel the steal or lose the chance of getting stuff. In short, commenting pass guarantees getting one deca regardless of what the commenter after oneself does, but comment steal saves the decas for later, ensuring that only the players willing to wait the longest will get them, as these are the ones who actually need it.
