Update on Dungeon Key prices • r/RotMG

Hi everyone,

If you’ve read the latest Patch Notes, you’re aware that we’ve changed the price of several dungeon keys. We made that decision because it seemed to us that some of the key prices did not reflect the difficulty and rarity of the dungeons.

It is clear, however, that the majority of you do not agree with these changes, which is why we have decided to revert them. We have returned all key prices to their original prices before today’s update, except for The Nest and Lost Halls which we have left at lower prices than before.

We would like to thank you for raising your voices on this matter (not so much for the insults we have received ) and may brainstorm again about how we want to go about making dungeon key pricing more consistent after the fun spring events planned throughout April. Thanks for your support and stay tuned!

altho, glad that they nerfed snake keys cost, they should not cost more than c-depths.

Can anyone confirm some of the drops out of the new dungeon?

Guaranteed dex spd in testing, the new UT set, and other drops, as well as pixie dust (which is a great consumable)

Also ent ancient is now the only dungeon dropping non-event required to close realm set-piece boss (very specific)

New orb that stasises centered on you and curses centered on cursor
Slightly stronger Tlaotoni with speed
Ring that adds +2 to four stats (I can verify wis and spd, other two are unknown to me)
