Pet max level fusing question

If the first ability is maxed for both rare pets when fusing will the max level of every ability be 90?

Yes as long as the first ability is maxed for both pets your max level will be 90/90/90 when you reach Legendary.

Yes, but maxing the second ability will save you some fame later on.

technically no. if your rare pets have a max level of 66, the fused pets will not have a max of 90. However, assuming both pets are level 70 with their first ability, the fused pet will have the max level of 90, regardless of other stats.

Well, the answer’s been given already, but to go a bit more in-depth, when going from Rare to Legendary, maxing both abilities and then maxing out a Legendary (90/90, mind you!) will result in the third ability being level 76.
Meanwhile, if you were to simply stop feeding once you hit the max of the first ability, and then fused (with both at 70/63), feeding to a max Legendary (90/90) will result in the third ability being level 78.
