I think one thing that should be mentioned is that if you want dungeons with no pets allowed in them, these are definately the way to go. To add brand new dungeons which have pet status would be a bad idea, as you encourage game development to keep adding “no pet dungeons” for more and more endgame content. For example, imagine if they decided, when programming LH, to disable pets for that dungeon. Would people be happy about that? Keeping pet disabling to current dungeons, however, make players feel like they aren’t cheated out of their money for buying pets, as its sort of content they can do with pets, with perhaps a bit less bits and bobs.
