So are they just bullying necro or are they buffing it lol

It means you get an additional source of the Halloween Hollow King STs outside of the quest. The quest will still be available throughout the entire Halloween event.

That would make sense. Wasn’t very sure due to the weird wording.

My first reaction reading “Revenge of the Necromancer” was that necromancer was getting a buff - would be interesting.
