Since the update you are able to make names up to 15 characters. The problem is that realmeye cant display them and only displays the first 10 characters (as seen on my profile (it is MasterOfMasters ingame) or another example https://www.realmeye.com/player/PotionSell , his full name is PotionSeller) which also makes trading hard now.

Realmeye always takes a while to update for changes like this, the optimism I can give is that we can hope to see it in the near future, but do not have a time estimate.
