If they plan to reboot the idea and want it to work, they’ve got to step towards Deca, apologize and try to cooperate with Deca for the second one, since Deca did say that if they had done that at the beginning, things could have gone much better for them.

That said, if Deca doesn’t want to cooperate with them for a second chance, I think they should just give up on it.
It seems Deca isn’t entirely opposed to a system similar to RealmTrades’ system, so if RealmTrades can’t reboot, some other group of players might be able to get a similar system running, if they do ask for permission/cooperation and work together with Deca on it.
It’d probably take a lot of effort to set up a system like that again though, and that group will probably only be rewarded with player recognition.
I don’t expect they’d get any monetary gains out of it, because I don’t think Deca would allow them to.
