extremely overpowered, even if you’re only hitting one shot it out DPSes all other daggers in the game by a large amount.

I like the idea of it being a high dps dagger that bows out very quickly when you get to higher def, so the 200% shot rate and 2 projectiles are great. How 'bout you make the shot pattern similiar to the kazekiri, and buff it to around etherite level dps?

Corruption Cutter is the item you’re looking for then! Has 130% RoF and two shots!
Assuming you hit all your shots, the Corruption Cutter has the highest DPS of any dagger up to 29 DEF. It is outdamaged by the Symbiotic Ripper at 30 DEF, Etherite Dagger at 34 DEF, and both the Toxin Tooth and Dirk of Cronus at 38 DEF.
