Some warning system for net Jitter when activating performance tab

I wish that there was a warning system particularly for net jitter when say you activate performance tab.
Right now when you activate performance tab, it shows the net jitter as a simple num. it is helpful.

But how about, apart from that number, it lights up the border of the play area as in some color, alerting the player that his connection has frozen for a moment, so he can go to a safe place on the map if possible or nexus.
This can often be deadly.

Same can be used as a low health indicator, and if so, then the indicator for net jitter shall share 50% of the border with a different color, if performance tab is activated.
