Something is wrong [Can't load into nexus]

Hi so the game won’t let me get into the nexus it lets choose a character and when I do choose a character and click play it just loops back to the character selection screen, it won’t let me get into the nexus
I’m playing the game on steam (not exalt version)
On windows 10
I don’t what to do about this, someone please help

Ask DECA support to switch you to flash, then use https://realmeye.com/appspot.

Try switching to Exalt on Steam, it should work and it’s way faster than support.
rotMG -> Settings -> Properties -> Beta -> Check the exalt option
