Regarding the Lips of the Lost:
“It can rarely say “Tertiary!” and then explode into several small projectiles.
This is a reference to episode #207 of Strong Bad Email from Homestar Runner.
The shots from the explosion are named “Cardgage Curse”, another reference to the episode, and resemble Strong Bad’s face:”

The description and name of this skin refer to the myth of King Arthur. In the original story the King pulls out a sword from a giant rock while the skin description says King Rarthur pulls a sword out of a giant cheese wheel.
