Not a PPE if you abuse events. You’ll get the staff due to artificially inflated drop rates.

If that’s your definition of PPE, that’s fine. Besides, I won’t have time to do more than 5 of them, tops.

Please don’t destroy an innocent realm player’s view of PPEs. If JimdaFish intends to do big chains in his PPEs, you should let him do them like it and not give some potentially destructive comment that will leave him permanently scarred and afraid to do big chains on his PPEs.
