Stuck on loading screen

I’m stuck on loading screen and I can’t do much about it… I tried to change servers my internet connection but still can’t fix this thing. Also it says ‘Write command’ at the bottom of the screen.

Did you reboot your computer to get out of it?

Does logging out then back in help? If you have an alternate account does that one load in?
