oh nvm I looked it up. When I first joined I could barely do 10 pushups but I think I can do around 30 now. I have no idea about anything else.

holy shit 2.5km in 8:15? thats like a freaking 3 minute k holy crap

like im fast and i usually run a barely sub 4 minute k

Shouldn’t it be 2.4k? But yeah, even then that’s quite fast. You’d have to maintain almost 18km/h for 8 minutes when most people can’t even sprint that fast.

Then again, 4 minutes for 1k is 15km/h, so if you can maintain that for 2.4k you’d still score an Excellent.

still im a skinny fuck and probably cant even manage 40 pushups
my core is ok tho i can probably do 50-60 curl ups

You’d have to run a 5:30 mile for 1.5 miles to max out the score. It’s pretty fucking tough.

I can run an 8:25 on a good day after my other calisthenics but it sucks ass and I usually throw up afterwords.

Well, I remember doing some sort of scheme of tri-weekly (thrice per week, not once every three weeks) pushups for volleyball training…which I never really did follow fully…
Though it did end in 100 pushups at the very end. I think my top was…maybe barely 40…
Let’s not even get started on running though, I’m mediocrely fast in short bursts, but my condition is last to none .w.
