Ah, of course, it wasnāt useful at all before the update.
Slow for 3 seconds is absolutely inferior to something as great as no status effect, and the ratio of MP:damage of ~0.36 is worse than the much better Scepter of Storms, which has one of 0.425, meaning it costs more MP per point of damage but hey, itās not like it got any more useful after this update, right?
Point is: youāre horribly incorrect. The Fulmi was superior to the Scepter of Storms in pretty much every way: less MP cost, a useful effect, an offensive stat bonusā¦
Sure, one less target, 20 less damage? You can still spam it more easily and get more total damage in, so who cares.
Now, the Fulmi can be considered slightly more of a sidegrade - which is what UTs should be - to the Scepter of Storms.

Nothing could be truer. I farm liches in small realms and get one of the items every now and then and its super satisfying and a decent way to make profit.
