How do you use the trickster ability decoy?

( Am not looking for what to use it on. )

When you use a tiered prism, using your prism teleports you to your cursor and sends out a decoy that continues moving in the direction you were before you teleported. So you move towards where you want to send the decoy, then when about 8 tiles away, which is approximately from your character to the top of the screen in off-centered view, you use your prism.

A good tip I can give, which I copied from Spencer C█nt: aim your mouse just behind yourself, walk forward a few steps, and use your ability.
It’s a very safe and easy way of sending in decoys effectively.
