For some reason the Event Spectral Sentry was just hanging out by the wall after the event boss was killed, he doesnā€™t attack or move, he just hangs out.

Iā€™ve also seen one survive after the Lost Sentinel died, but he exploded into a nova of projectiles afterward. Are you sure yours didnā€™t as well?

Nope, he was there until the realm closed, aka about 2 hours.
