What is the best version of flash for rotmg

My steam broke and i contacted deca for that
But the odd difference between my flash and my steam is that
steam can run up to 60 frames for my mac
while flash runs only up to 25 frames with extreme lag spikes (check my two latest deaths [if i die again its the 3/8 necro and the lvl 17 archer])

and also, if i need to get the older versions does it come as a new application or my flash will play in that same application?

and also, are there any ways to reduce lag?

Flash projector 18 is currently the fastest version

Best Flash version should be 18, for specs you’ll have to ask others (I use steam).
Turn off projectiles and particle effects if you want to reduce lag.
