What the hell [Character and Vault Deletion For Unknown Reasons]

I was playing and i restarted client and all my chars were dead and all my whites in vault disappeared.
What the hell do I do and what the hell is deca going to do about it.
If anyone else has the same problem please help me
(edit: this was posted for Allmighto because he doesnt have a forum account)

Could you ask him to give more detail? When was this? His realmeye still shows his characters as alive.

They were just deleted but all his whites are gone dropped

and it still shows on realmeye becuase he dinnt create a new char on char slot
