That’s been updated as of the recent one! Now, the Sprite Gods drop them.
I’d say it’s more fitting, since they actually create Sprite Children, rather than Limon.
Curious case of a reproduction cycle where the female is some sort of queen that (supposedly) never mates, and the males reproduce asexually.

Sprite gods form randomly within the spite world as well as normal sprites, that’s the main reproduction though I would imagine that sprites also come from sprite children yes, and Limon is just a really powerful sprite and although they are referred to as god and goddess, I would imagine that them being magical entities who do not mate that they’re just all neuter
