I can post it in WC, so I guess you do need Reg or higher.

You can lose regular if you stop meeting the requirements, or if you get flagged enough. (I think there’s a small period of time to meet the reqs again if you stop meeting them)

yes, the checks for trust level 3 are made constantly and if you don’t qualify then you lose the trust level (not having been flagged to death being one of the requirements). there is a 2 week grace period after gaining the trust level where you can’t lose it by slipped below the requirements, but after that you’re totally on your own (unless a moderator locks your trust level like what probably happened to scorchmist at one point which explains why he still has it despite being as inactive as a rock in iceland).
