I’m not totally sure about this, but I believe you need to add the ‘friend’ tag to people’s realmeye profiles for this to work. Though I could be totally wrong.

I’ve heard a lot of issues with Mr. Eyeball have come up recently, he might not have full functionality at the moment. Not sure if that is connected in any way to the Exalt beta, but it is possible.
