Instead of healing, this skull spawns a mini version of the Flying Brain that follows the player around. Multiple minions can be spawned at the same time. The summons don’t deal any damage, but they inflict the Energized effect on enemies. However, Energized has no noticable effect on enemies, thus making this item purely visual.
