This is a Mistake Gear item.

One of a very few items to provide Energized, which boosts MP regeneration. Ironically, the Energized buff only boosts MP regeneration to 10 MP/sec; as such, this item does not perfectly refill its own mana endlessly. As such, this particular seal is functionally useless, as it merely partially reverts the effects of using it.
