Notes
The Wand of the Fallen is a strong midgame wand that sacrifices range and enemy piercing for firepower. It will completely outdamage the Conducting Wand and T14 Wand of Retribution at all DEF levels, making it great if you can afford to get close. Unlike many other DPS wands, this wand fires straight and with a sane projectile velocity.
This wand is generally outclassed by the Laser Pointer, which outdamages the Wand of the Fallen at all DEF levels. However, the Laser Pointer comes from a more difficult source, and requires Legendary material to forge. Similarly, this wand loses to the Dusky Catalyst until 38/48 and loses to the Lumiaire at reasonable DEF levels, but both come from even harder dungeons.
The projectiles from this weapon emit a pink trail behind them.
