This robe shares many similar stats with tiered robes, with the most notable addition being the +3 DEX, which puts it above the Water Dragon Silk Robe in terms of damage in most circumstances. Overall, this is a powerful alternative to the aforementioned robe if one wishes to maximize their damage output.
It is best utilized on the Bard, Summoner, and Wizard due to their DPS-centric nature and lack of a WisMod modifier on their abilities.
