One of the best ways to kill these enemies is to try and take out the majority of Bandit “minions” that the boss spawns. (preferably the ones that are between you and the boss itself. After you destroy those you should be able to fire straight at the Bandit Leader and take some of its health (if not all due to its low HP stat) then repeat the process. When the Bandit Leader gets to a low HP he will run away scared, all your have to do after this is chase him down and finish him off!
Keep in mind though that the bandit does have a grenade style attack that can damage you quite bad if you don’t have decent equipment. (at least T1 Armor or a T1 Defense Ring)
A good way to watch out for the grenades is to look at the bandit leader and if you see red particles snaking out in a curve pattern toward you move to a different position.
The other attacks that the Bandit leader and his little thugs use is just a simple white dagger attack that deals 9 damage and is just a straight shot so if you keep circling around the boss then you shouldn’t be hit by them.
