Fires spreads of arrows at players. Every few seconds, it will temporarily buff itself with 
Inspired and 
Armored, doubling its range and defense respectively.
The Inspired buff is almost certainly cosmetic (it is not known to affect enemies), with the enemy firing shots with doubled range to simulate the effect of the buff.
You can drag it out of the room it’s currently in, then circle it.
