Beehemoth Armors have the same amount of defense as the T13 Hydra Skin Armor, aswell as the +5 DEX being replaced by SPD. It also just falls short of 1 SPD compared to UT Leaf Dragon Hide Armor. It can be used as a great rushing armor, because of the additional SPD compared to the tiered armors.

It has been stated that the Beehemoths (both normal and adolescent) drop the armor at a moderate rate and the Soldier Bees drop it at a much lower rate.
