The Crystal Necromancer Set and the Coral Huntress Set were the first themed sets to be released, in Build 122 (Feb 2012).
This is very clearly an early game set. The staff deals roughly the same damage as a T9 staff with a slight range increase, and the skull affects a large area. However, the robe and ring are dubious even during said early game, as they do not provide a single point of DEF or HP between them.
The Secluded Thicket features 3 upgraded items from the set: staff (Tezcacoatl’s Tail), skull (Sealed Crystal Skull), and robe (Tlatoani’s Shroud). These items are more realistic to use outside of the extreme early game (< level 20).
