Notes
Not particularly good at healing, but the 30 VIT Boost is enough to reduce the In-combat timer (1 second every 20 VIT). This lets the player exit the In-combat state much faster.
Classes that possess higher values of VIT (75 VIT) can reduce the timer by a further 2 seconds.
Though the usage is situational and inefficient, other restorative consumables are recommended if instant healing is of your preference.
