Made up of four white bag items dropping in a lategame location, the Cultist Necromancer Set is quite hard to assemble.
The staff is curious. This weapon requires ‘backwards’ aiming, making it difficult to actually use your ability. The rest of the set boosts your ability through WIS buffs, which creates a clear anti-synergy.
Otherwise, the skull and robe each have a niche, even in the endgame. The skull can be used to Curse enemies, and the robe greatly supports Wisdom-reliant classes like the Sorcerer. The ring provides a decent stat buff, but isn’t terribly special.
